Waterfront Park is located adjacent to Depot Slough and the Port’s Transient Dock. The park and pavilion were built in 2012 with funding through a State Parks Local Government Grant. The pavilion’s design was inspired by Toledo’s train depot which was formerly located near the site. It took skillful craftsmanship by the Port’s staff to build the detailed concrete forms and timber frame for the pavilion and stage.  The Park is a great place for picnics and features public restrooms.  The pavilion serves as the main state for the Port’s annual Wooden Boat Show on the 3rd weekend in August.
